Renegade K-5 @ Harambee

Renegade is a Bible study for K-5 students that meets every Sunday at Harambee Christian School.

We exist to introduce students in Columbus’ inner city to Jesus Christ and help them take the first steps in a lifelong walk with Him in the context of the local church.

Our ministry depends upon a family of dedicated volunteers who drive all over Columbus to pick up students and bring them to a place where they can have fun, grow with God, and build positive peer friendships.

We are always looking for volunteer classroom leaders, drivers, and meal providers to serve our youth.  To learn how you can get involved as a leader or meal provider, contact Michael Larson.

Junior High Small Groups

For students in grades 6-8, small groups are held every Sunday around the city based on age and gender.  Small groups open the door for deeper Bible study, personal mentoring, and friendship building.

To learn more about how you can serve junior high students, contact Brandon Grant.

High School Home Churches

Harambee graduates have the opportunity to join high school home churches a part of Xenos Christian Fellowship.  High school home churches are an exciting place where students can grow with God in a positive peer group.
