The goal of Urban Concern’s adult education initiative is to empower individuals and families in our community to become agents of positive change.
Through GED preparation, parenting classes, financial instruction, and job readiness, Urban Concern seeks to help build strong families and raise leaders in our community.
GED Preparation Tutoring and Classes
We are proud to offer FREE GED preparation classes and tutoring at Harambee Community Center every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM – 12 noon.
Tutors will help you work at your own pace in order to gain a firm grasp of the content found on the GED exam in an encouraging and nurturing environment.
Child care is also provided!
